Activating Workspace Members

 

If a workspace is still in the planning stage, and a team of workspace members is still being assembled, project managers may want to add new members without notifying them that they have been assigned to the workspace. In this case, members can be added to the workspace without being activated. When the workspace team is finalized, members can be activated and workspace invitation notifications sent to each member.

TO ACTIVATE workspace MEMBERS:

  1. Navigate to the workspace whose members you want to activate.
  2. On the Workspace Menu, click Members and select List View.
    The Member List screen displays.
  3. From the Show list, select Inactive Members.
  4. Select the check boxes next to the names of team members you want to activate.
  5. From the Checked Item Action list, select Make Active and Send Invitation.
  6. The selected members are notified that they have been added to the workspace.
