Calendar - Overview

 

The PPM Calendar application displays your appointments, tasks and nonworking time. The Calendar allows you to view details, edit, update, and delete those appointments and tasks. There are two Calendars, each sharing the same data but designed for differing use:

Add appointments in the Calendar and invite attendees. You can specify whether or not attendees must respond to your request. Attendees receive an appointment notification and can accept or decline the request.

The Calendar can also help you track your workspace tasks. The due dates of any tasks assigned to you are displayed in the Calendar. For more information, see Tasks Overview.

Use the Calendar to quickly determine what tasks and appointments you are responsible for each day or what nonworking time affects you. You can customize the Calendar display, and jump to detail information about specific appointments or tasks by clicking on the appointment or task name.
