Changing the Approvals View

By default, the Approvals tab displays all the pending approval requests you have received. You can change the view.

To change the approval requests view:

1. Open the Approvals application.
2. Click More Views on the Tab toolbar to choose to view requests you have received (the default) or requests you have sent.
   The list of approval requests updates based on the option you choose.
   
3. Click the Show command on the View Toolbar to switch between all approval requests, pending requests (the default), approved requests, and rejected requests.
   Note: The Show command filters the requests based on your Move Views choice in step 2.
