Custom View Wizard - Select Application

The Custom View wizard starts on this step when you are creating a custom view for a user from the Administration Home Page.

Note: You only see this step of the wizard if you are creating a custom view in the Administration Zone. Administrators may not see this step, depending on how they are creating or editing the custom view.

TO Choose the application:

  1. In the Custom View wizard, select the application the view is for.
    The application list includes all the PPM applications that support custom views.
  2. Click Next Step to continue.

    The next step in the wizard depends on what application you choose:
  3. If you are creating a custom view for an application that can include different workspace types (Capacity Planner, Executive, WorkspaceRequests, Projects), the next step is to select the types of workspaces the view will include. For more information, see Custom View Wizard - Workspace Types.
  4. If you are creating a custom view for an application that displays application items (Documents, Issues, or Tasks for example), the next step is to select data fields. For more information, see Custom View Wizard - Data Fields.
