Custom View Wizard - Select Recipients

 

Note: You only see this step of the wizard if you chose to distribute the view by user or by role. This distribution option is only available to you if you are an administrator or you are creating a dynamic application view and have the Manage Shared Custom Views permission.

In the Recipients step of the Custom View wizard, specify who should receive the view.

Important: If you have already specified restrictions on the view (if you have given specified individual users the ability to reorder a queue view), there is no validation for those individuals in this step. If your view distribution does not include those users, no one will have reorder ability.

Your options on this step depend on your choice in the previous step.

TO select view recipients:

  1. Select Assign to assign the view to the role.
  2. Select Default to make the view the default view for the role.
  3. Click Next Step to continue, or Previous Step to go back to the previous step.

  1. If you are distributing the view to specific enterprise users
     
  1. Click Browse Member Directory.
  2. Select users from the list of user.

  3. Select Default View for any users who should see the new view as their default view.
  4. Click Next Step to continue, or Previous Step to go back to the previous step.
