Deleting Documents

 

Workspace members with appropriate permission can delete documents that have been added to a workspace.

To DELETE a document FROM A Workspace:

  1. Open the Documents application.
    Note:
    You can also delete a document from the workspace-level Documents application.
  2. Click the Actions icon next to the document you want to delete, then click Delete Document.
  3. When prompted click Yes.

Note: You can also use the Checked Item Actions list to delete a document. The Checked Item Actions list allows you to perform actions on multiple items at once. For more details, see Using the Checked Item Actions List.
