If you have adequate permissions, you can delete a pending
request.
A request can only be deleted if it has a workspace
State of Request, and an
Approval Status of Pending.
To delete a Request:

The Requests application lists all workspaces and requests you have permission to view. To easily view only requests, create a view that filters to display only those with a workspace State of Request and an Approval Status of Pending.
- Click the Actions icon
next to the request you want to delete and select
Delete Request.
A confirmation message displays.
If you do not see an option to delete the request, you do not have
permission to do so.
Note: You can also delete the request from the request
Profile window. Click the Request name to open the request
Profile window and use the Actions tab.
- Click Yes
to delete the request, or No
to cancel the deletion.
