Deleting Requests

 

If you have adequate permissions, you can delete a pending request.

A request can only be deleted if it has a workspace State of Request, and an Approval Status of Pending.

To delete a Request:

  1. Open the Requests application.

    The Requests application lists all workspaces and requests you have permission to view. To easily view only requests, create a view that filters to display only those with a workspace State of Request and an Approval Status of Pending.
  2. Click the Actions icon next to the request you want to delete and select Delete Request.
    A confirmation message displays.

    If you do not see an option to delete the request, you do not have permission to do so.

    Note:
    You can also delete the request from the request Profile window. Click the Request name to open the request Profile window and use the Actions tab.
  3. Click Yes to delete the request, or No to cancel the deletion.
