Deleting a News Item

 

News items are messages that might be of interest to a number of users and can be used to facilitate communication between team members. You can delete an existing News item if necessary. For example, you might need to delete a News item telling workspace members of pending system down-time that is no longer relevant.

To DELETE a News item:

  1. Navigate to the News application.
    Note: You can delete a news item from the News application within a specific workspace.
  2. Click the Actions icon next to the News item you want to delete, then click Delete News Item.
  3. When prompted click Yes.

Note: You can also delete a News item using the Checked Item Actions list. This allows you to delete multiple News items at once. For more details, see Using the Checked Item Actions List.
