The workspace Documents application is a workspace-specific group of views and actions that give project managers and team members the ability to manage documents and files for their workspace.
The workspace Documents menu includes two views: List View and Folder View which are available from the Workspace Menu.
The toolbar of the Documents List and Folder View include options to add a document and the Checked Item Actions menu gives you additional options including downloading multiple documents as a single zip file, checking documents out, and undoing a document checkout by another user.The options you see depend on your permissions and your workspace role.
