Downloading Documents as a Zipped File

You can download multiple documents as a single zipped file from the global Documents application.

TO download multiple Documents in a Zipped File:

1. In the Global Documents application, select the documents you want to download.
2. On the toolbar, click Checked Item Actions and Download as One Zipped File.
   Note: You cannot download more than 500 MB at one time. If the files you select total more than 500 MB, an error displays.
