Editing a Workspace Profile

Users with appropriate permissions (workspace-level project managers
and administrators), can edit the profile of a workspace. Editing a workspace profile allows you to change general information such as the workspace name
and description and, if required, add or change the project manager.
TO EDIT A profile From Within a Workspace:
- In the workspace, click the Edit Profile button in the upper-right corner. The Edit Profile window opens.
Note: PPM administrators can hide native workspace fields by workspace type. If fields were hidden for your workspace type, they will not appear in the Edit Profile window and you will not be able to edit them.
- In the General
<workspace type> Information section, edit the available profile fields as necessary.
- To specify the
manager, select a name from the Manager
list.
Note: Assigning a manager has implications for the user you select. See Assigning a Manager in a Workspace for more information.
- In the Select Available
Applications section, select PPM applications to include in
the workspace.
The applications you select appear as options on the Workspace Menu.
- Click Save
& Close.
TO EDIT A profile From the Projects tab:
- In the Projects tab, click the Actions Menu icon the next to the workspace name. The Edit Profile window opens.

- In the General
