Editing a News Item

 

News items are messages that might be of interest to a number of members and can be used to facilitate communication between team members. News items can be edited, if required.

To edit a News item:

  1. Navigate to the News application.
    Note:
    You can edit a news item from the News application within a specific workspace.
  2. Next to the name of the News item you want to edit, click the Actions icon and click Edit News Item.
    The Edit Details window opens.
  3. Edit the details of the News item.
  4. Click Save & Close to save the changes and close the Edit Details window. Click Save to save the changes and display the News Item Details window.

    Note:
    The updated information News item may not appear on the list of News items until you refresh the browser screen.
