Unread Items Pane

The Unread Items pane lists all your unread items. Unread items are listed by workspace and application.

To view unread items In the Home tab:

1. Open the Home application.
2. Navigate to a workspace or application:
3. With the Unread Items pane in Matrix format:
4. Click on a workspace name to go to the Workspace Home for the workspace.
5. Click on the Plus icon next to a workspace to open a list of workspace applications with unread items in them.
6. Click on an application name to open the application in the workspace. Note: This will open the workspace application, not the global application.
7. With the Unread Items pane in Grid format:
8. Click on a workspace name to go to the Workspace Home for the workspace.
9. Click on a number under an application icon to open the application in the workspace. Note: The number indicates the number of unread items for that application in the workspace.
3. To change the display format of the Unread Items pane, click Settings  and do the following:

• To change the format used to display unread items, select Matrix or Grid from the Display Type list.
• To specify that only unread items from your Favorite Workspace(s) are displayed, select Show Favorites from the Workspace Filter list.
