Issues - Overview

 

The PPM Issues application gives you a way to track any issues that need to be resolved before a workspace can be completed.

When something arises that might impact a workspace, you can create and assign an issue, making it known to other team members. You can include a full description of the issue, set a priority and a deadline. The issue has a status, determined based on the current date, the deadline, and the amount of work (% Complete) that has been done on the issue.

Assignees can respond to an issue, updating its status or asking for additional information. Assignees can also mark an issue as resolved, when their work is complete.
