Moving Application Items into Folders

In the applications that support folder views, you can drag application items from one folder to another folder in the same application. You might do this if you are reorganizing the structure of your workspace work.

TO move an application item into a new FOLDER:

1. Navigate to the workspace that contains the application item you want to move into a new folder
2. On the Workspace Menu, open the Folder View of the application that contains the item.
   For example, if you are going to a Document, click Documents, then click Folder View.
3. In the folder structure, click the name of the folder containing the item.
   All items in the folder display to the right of the folder hierarchy.
4. Click the item you want to move and drag it onto the destination folder.
   The item is moved out of the original folder and into the destination folder. You can click on the destination folder to see the document listed.
