Navigating to a Workspace Application

Workspace applications give team members the option to do their work in the context of specific workspaces. Data in most workspace applications also displays in global applications, but cannot show dependencies between items. Workspace-level applications are accessible from the Workspace Menu on the left side of the workspace in individual workspaces.

The applications you see depend on the type of workspace you are working in, your role in that workspace, and your user permissions.

To navigate to a Workspace application:

Navigate to the workspace for which you want to open an application.
Click an application (for example, Tasks) in the Workspace Menu.

When you click on a workspace application, the view it opens will vary based on the application type. Native applications will open to the last view you used in the enterprise. Dynamic Applications open to the last view you used in the workspace.
