Change Tracking - Overview (Scorecard)

The change tracking capability of the Scorecard
view provides a quick and easily understood overview of how aspects of
workspaces have changed. This gives executives the ability to quickly see
how values such as budget and start and end dates have changed, workspace
by workspace.
The change tracking feature is available from the View toolbar
in the Scorecard view.
Change Tracking options include:
- No
Change-Tracking—This
is the default view and shows no changes in any listed workspaces.
- Today—This option
highlights any workspace changes that have occurred since 12:00 AM on the
current day.
- This
Week—This
option highlights any workspace changes that have occurred between 12:00
AM on the previous Sunday and the current day.
- This
Month—This
option highlights any workspace changes that have occurred between 12:00
AM on the first day of the month and the current day.
- This
Quarter—This
option highlights any workspace changes that have occurred between 12:00
AM on the first day of the current quarter and the current day.
- This
Year—This
option highlights any workspace changes that have occurred since 12:00 AM
on the first day of the current year and the current day.
- Last
7 Days—This
option highlights any workspace changes that have occurred since 12:00 AM,
7 days ago, and the current day and time.
- Last
30 Days—This
option highlights any workspace changes that have occurred since 12:00 AM,
30 days ago, and the current day and time.
- User
Specified Date (to today)—This
option opens a window that allows the user to specify exactly what date
to use as the starting point for the change comparison. For more information

Specified Change Tracking Options.
Note: The option
you select remains in effect until you select a different change tracking
option.
Highlighted Changes
The Change Tracking feature highlights the following different
information (note: changes are
only shown for data that is displayed in the current view. For more information
about customizing views, see Customizing
Application Views):
- Assignee—Whenever an
individual such as a project manager changes, the person is shown in bold.
- Calculation—Whenever the
value of a calculation changes, the value is shown in bold, with an arrow
pointing up (for an increase) or down (decrease).
- Currency—Whenever a
currency amount changes, the value is shown in bold, with an arrow pointing
up (for an increase) or down (decrease).
- Date—Whenever a
date changes by more than 1 calendar day (24 hours), the value is shown
in bold, with an arrow pointing left (a decrease of a day) or right (and
increase of a day).
- Decimal—Whenever a
decimal number changes the value is shown in bold, with an arrow pointing
up (for an increase) or down (decrease).
- Integer—Whenever an
integer changes the value is shown in bold, with an arrow pointing up
(for an increase) or down (decrease).
- Members—Whenever these
change, the change is shown in bold.
- Percent—Whenever a
percentage changes, the value is show in bold, with an arrow pointing
up (increase) or down (decrease).
- Status—Whenever the
status changes, the change is shown in bold, with an arrow pointing up
(increase) or down (decrease).
- Text—Whenever text
changes, the changes are shown in bold.
