Showing Scorecard Groupings
|
The Show option is available from the View toolbar in the Scorecard view and provides a way to quickly expand or collapse grouping levels in the view.
Note: This view option depends on grouping levels set in the definition of the view. The number of grouping levels you have defined in your view impacts how the Show option behaves. For more information about grouping in custom views, see Customizing Application Views.
Show options include:
- All Grouping Levels—This
is the default and displays the view with all grouping levels fully expanded.
- Grouping Level One—This option displays the view at the first grouping level. If only one grouping level is defined, that level is shown fully expanded (the details are shown). If more than one level is defined, the Level One grouping is shown collapsed.
- Grouping Level Two—This
option displays the view at the second grouping level. If only two grouping levels are defined, the second level is shown fully expanded. If more than two levels are defined, the Level Two grouping is shown collapsed.
- Grouping Level Three—This
option displays the view at the third grouping level with the third level shown fully expanded.
Note: The option
you select remains in effect until you select a different Show
option.
