Many global applications, and any custom views for workspace dynamic applications, include an Export option on the list toolbar:
To print, click Export then click PDF File. A PDF version of the displayed application data is created so you can print the file (or save it to email or print later). The PDF includes all data that is currently visible in the view. For more information on view options, see Page Navigation Overview.
Note: If there is no PDF File option, there is no print option for the current application.
