Removing Members from Workspace Workgroups

 

As project manager, you may need to change the workspace members in a particular workspace workgroup. You might do this if a team member's role has changed so they no longer belong in the workgroup, or if you are reorganizing workgroups within your workspace.

TO REMOVE MEMBERS FROM A Workspace WORKGROUP:

  1. Navigate to the workspace in which you want to remove the member from a workgroup.
  2. Click Members on the Workspace Menu, then click Workgroup View.
    The Workgroups screen displays.
  3. In the Workgroups screen, click the name of the workspace workgroup from which you want to remove members.
  4. In the right side of the Workgroup box, select the check box next to the name of each workspace member to remove from the workgroup.
  5. From the Checked Item Action list, select Remove From Workgroup.
  6. Click Go.
