Query Studio / Report Studio
The options on the PPM Reports toolbar menu depend on your
enterprise report licensing, your user report licensing, and on the toolbar
option you select.
By default the toolbar options include:
- Introduction—Displays the
Introduction page. This page displays by default each time you click the
Reports tab until you select Do not show
this screen again. If you have chosen not to display the introduction
page, you can return to it by clicking the Introduction
option on the toolbar.
- More
Views—Displays
options for different report lists. The options change depending on which
report list you are currently viewing. By default the More Views options
are:
- Public Folders—A list of
public reports you can view. Reports in Public Folders are visible to
all users with access to the Reports tab. For more information see Using Public Folders.
- My Folders—A list of
personal reports you can view. Reports in My Folders are visible only
to you. For more information see Using
My Folders.
- All Public Report Schedules—A list of
all public reports that are scheduled to run automatically.
- My Public Report Schedules—A list of public
reports you have scheduled to run automatically.
- My Private Report Schedules—A list of
reports private you have scheduled to run automatically.
- Page
Options—Allows
you to set the current page as your PPM start page and to create a Dashboard
shortcut to the current page.

In addition to the default options, additional toolbar options
can include:
- Open
Query Studio—Opens
Query Studio in a new window so you can create basic reports or queries.
This option only displays if you are licensed as a Query Studio Author or
a Report Studio Author. For more information, see About
Report Licensing Options. Note: You must enable popups for the new window.
- Open Report Studio—Opens
Report Studio in a new window. Use Report Studio to
create more complex reports you cannot create in Query Studio.
This option only displays if you are licensed as a Report
