Using My Folders (reports)

 

Reports in My Folders are accessible only to you.

You can save reports you create to My Folders. You can save copies of reports from Public Folders (reports created by other users) to My Folders. And you can create additional personal folders within My Folders to organize your reports.

To use My Folders:

  1. Open the Reports application.
    By default the reports in Public Folders displays.
  2. Click More Views and My Folders.
    If you do not see a My Folders option under More Views, your enterprise may not be licensed for PPM Reports.
  3. From the list of reports in My Folders:
  4. View a report—Click the name of a report to open the report in Report Viewer.
