Studio
Using Public Folders (reports)

Reports in Public Folders are available to anyone with permission
to access the Reports Tab. Report authors can save reports in Public Folders
for other users to view, run, and edit (if they have permission).
To use Public Folders:
- .
By default the reports in Public Folders displays.
If Public Folders does not display, click More
Views and Public Folders.
If you do not see a Public Folders
option under More Views, your
enterprise may not be licensed for PPM Reports.
- From the list of reports
in Public Folders:
- View
a report—Click
the name of a report to open the report in Report Viewer.
- Use
the Actions Icon
:
- Details—This option
opens the Details window for the report. For more information, see About the Report Details Window.
- Edit
Details—This
option opens the Details window in edit mode. For more information,
see Report Details: Editing
Details.
Note: This option only displays if you are a Query Studio Author or
Report Studio Author.
- Run
with Options—This
option opens the Run With Options window for the report. For more information,
see Report Details: Run
With Options.
- Open
in Query Studio—This
option opens the report in Query Studio and only displays if:
- You are licensed
as a Query Studio Author or Report Studio Author and,
- The report was
created in Query Studio
Note: Reports created in Query Studio have this icon: 
- Open
in Report Studio—This
option opens the report in Report Studio and only displays if:
- You are licensed
as an Report Studio Author and,
- The report was
created in either Query Studio or Report Studio
Note: Reports created in Report Studio have this icon:

- Permissions—This
option opens the Details window with the Permissions tab selected. For more information,
see Report Details: Permissions.
- Report Schedule—This
option opens the Details window with the Report Schedule tab selected. For more information,
see Report Details: Schedule.
- Schedule History—This
option opens the Details window with the Schedule History tab selected.. For more information,
see Report Details: Schedule History.
- Report Options—This
option opens the Details window with the Report Options tab selected.. For more information,
see Report Details: Options.
- Change
to another report list view—On
the tab toolbar, click More Views
and the option you want:
- My
Folders—This
opens a list of reports stored in My Folders. For more information, see
Using My Folders.
- Report Schedules—This
opens a list of scheduled reports. For more information,
see Viewing Scheduled Reports.
- My Report Schedules—This
opens a list of reports that you have scheduled. For more information,
see Viewing Scheduled Reports.
