Work Entry Date Groups
Date group query items are useful for reporting trends over time. If you include a date group item and pivot your report on that item, you can see how something is trending over time.
Day—The
date of the work entry.
Week—The
week of the work entry.
Month—The
month of a work entry.
Year—
The year of a work entry.
Quarter—
The year and quarter of a work entry.
Resource Full Name—The full name of the enterprise user who did the work in the work entry.
Actual Work Hours—Actual work hours as recorded by resource work entries for the task. For enterprises using Timesheets, the timesheet must be submitted (and approved if applicable) before work becomes actual work.
Actual Labor Cost—The cost of the work hours in the work entry. (ALC = hours * internal rate)

Actual Hourly Rate—The internal rate for the resource at the time the work was done.

Actual External Hourly Rate—The external hourly rate for the resource at the time the work was done.

Work Entry Created On—Date on which the work entry was created. This is not necessarily the date on which the work was done. Note: To see the date of the work in the work entry, use the Day item in Work Entry Date Groups.

UTC dates are shows in Coordinated Universal Time format. UTC is also known as Greenwich Meridian Time (GMT).
