Appointment Name—The
title or name of the appointment.
Start Date Time—The
start date and start time of the appointment.
End Date Time—The
end date and end time of the appointment.
Location—The
location of the appointment.
Description—The
detailed description of the appointment.
Recurrence Type—The
recurrence type (if applicable). Options are Daily,
Weekly, Monthly
or Yearly.
Agenda—The
appointment agenda.
Appointment Count—The
count of appointments. This value changes as you add/remove items to your
report and the number of appointments in the report changes. The Appointment
Count is most useful when used in the context of another item. For example,
the count of appointments with a recurrence type of Daily.
Attendee Name—The
name of the appointment attendee. Note:
Most appointments will have multiple attendees.
Response Status—The
status of the attendee's response. Options are Not
Responded, Accepted, Declined, Cannot
Decline (if no acceptance request is included).
Is Recurring—Whether
or not the appointment is a recurring appointment. Options are Yes
and No.
All Day—Whether
or not the appointment is an all-day appointment. Options are Yes
and No.
Request Acceptance—Whether
or not an acceptance response was requested. Options are Yes
and No.
Is Restricted—Whether
or not an appointment has restricted viewing.
Note:IDs are included in the data model so you can join to other queries. Also, grouping on an ID can help separate different items with identical names.
