Main Topic—The
text name of the discussion. This identifies the discussion in the Discussions
application where discussions are listed by name (topic).
Discussion Count——The total
count of discussions in the report. This also provides subtotals for any
groupings you include in the report. This value can change as you add
or remove items that impact the number of discussions in the report.
Note: Discussion Count counts the unique GUID values for discussions.
This means that if you have 2 discussions with identical names, Discussion
Count will be 2 even though your report shows a single discussion name.
Message—The
text of the discussion message.
Discussion Owner—The
creator of the discussion.
Closed—Whether
or not the discussion is closed. Options are Yes
and No.
Discussion Folder Name—The
name of the folder in which the discussion is located.
Last Reply By—The
user who posted the last reply to the discussion.
Last Reply On—The
date the last reply was made.
Created On—The
date on which the discussion was created.
Discussion Type—The
type of discussion reply. Options are FYI,
Question, Answer,
and Discussion Item.
Reply By—The
name of the user who made the reply.
Reply Created On—The
date on which the reply was made.
Reply Message—The
reply message.
Reply Count——The total
count of replies in the report. This also provides subtotals for any groupings
you include in the report. This value can change as you add or remove
items that impact the number of replies in the report.
Note:Reply Count counts the unique GUID values for replies.
This means that if you have 2 replies with identical names, Reply Count
will be 2 even though your report shows a single reply name.
Note:IDs are included in the data model so you can join to other queries. Also, grouping on an ID can help separate different items with identical names.
