Project Count—The
total count of project from the Project History query subject in the report.
This also provides subtotals for any groupings you include in the report.
This value can change as you add or remove items that impact the number
of projects in the report. Note: Project Count counts the unique GUID values for projects.
This means that if you have 2 projects with identical names, Project Count
will be 2 even though your report shows a single project name.
Project Status Updated On—The
date a status update was done on the project.
Summary—The
description of the project.
Start Date—The
project start date at the time of the status update.
End Date—The
project end date at the time of the status update.
Health—The
project health at the time of the status update.
State—The
project state at the time of the status update.
Phase Number—The
project phase number at the time of the status update.
Phase Total—The
project phase total at the time of the status update.
Phase Title—The
phase title at the time of the update.
Project Number—The
project number.
Percent Complete—The
percent complete for the project at the time of the update.
Capacity—If
the project capacity was planned or unplanned at the time of the update.
Approval History Status—The
project approval status at the time of update.
Project History Status—The
project status at the time of update.
Updated On—The
date of the update.
Project Status Updated By Full Name—The name of
the user who made the update.
Update Notes—Any
notes added during the update.
Rich Text Update Notes—Any
notes added during the update with text formatting preserved. To use this query subject properly, you need to map it to the Rich Text Tool.
Note: IDs are included in the data model so you can join to other queries. Also, grouping on an ID can help separate different items with identical names.
