Project Type—The
type of the project (defined by the Project Type from which the project
was created).
Project Count—The
total count of projects in the report. This also provides subtotals for
any groupings you include in the report. This value can change as you
add or remove items that impact the number of projects in the report.
Note: Project Count counts the unique GUID values for projects.
This means that if you have 2 projects with identical names, Project Count
will be 2 even though your report shows a single project name.
Phase—The
project phase. This is blank unless Phase Settings have been enabled for
the project type.
Phase Number—The

the project type.
Start Date—The
start date of the project as entered when the project was created. This is not based on the task schedule.

Note: Reports using the Projects query subject will include project requests (projects with a state of Request) by default. To limit a report to only projects, use a filter to restrict results to projects where State <> Request.

Percent Complete—The
percentage complete of the project.
Owner Full Name—The
name of the project owner. This is the user who created the project.
Manager Full Name—The
name of the project manager.
Approval Status—The
approval status of the project. Options are Pending,
Approved, Declined,
Not Required and Overridden.

Capacity—Whether
the capacity of the project is planned or not. Options are Planned
and Unplanned.
Created On—The
date the project was created.
Updated On—The
date of the most recent project update.
Parent Project Name—The
name of the parent project (if applicable).
Last Project Status Updated On—The date of
the most recent status update.
Last Project Status Updated By Full Name—The name of
the user who made the most recent status update. Note: If the last update was done by the system (for example, as a result of an auto-health setting), Last Project Status Updated By Full Name is blank. This differs from a custom view in PPM which shows System in the same situation.
Last Project Status Updated Comment—Comments added
during the most recent status update.
Last Rich Text Project Status Update Comment—Comments added
during the most recent status update with text formatting preserved. To use this query subject properly, you need to map it to the Rich Text Tool.
Estimated Work Hours—The
total of all resource requirement type hours.
Total Scheduled Work Hours—The

Total Actual Work Hours—Total
actual work hours. Note: Total Actual Work Hours for parent tasks come from child
tasks. Parent tasks have no Actual Work Hours themselves. This difference
may show up in summation of Actual Work.

Auto-Approve Resource Allocation (numeric)—Whether or not the project is configured for auto-approval of resource requests as a numeric value. Options are 0 (No) and 1 (Yes). Note: This numeric data item is designed to make filtering of reports independent of PPM culture setting, as the 0/1 options do not change.
External ID—Customer supplied value uniquely identifying the workspace identifier. This field is most often used with Daptiv Connect.
Note: IDs are included in the data model so you can join to other queries. Also, grouping on an ID can help separate different items with identical names.
