Scheduled Start—The
planned start date of the task.
Scheduled Finish—The
planned finish date of the task.
Percent Complete—The
percent complete for the task.
Task Status—The
status of the task as of the date the report is run.
Current Weekly Status—The
task status for the current week.
Current Weekly Status is determined by comparing the task Percent Complete and Scheduled Finish or Actual Finish date to the dates of the current week. Possible resulting options are: Overdue, Due, Due Next Week, Completed and On Target
Actual Start—The
actual start date of the task, as determined by the first date on which
work is recorded against the task. Note: This may be set to Planned Start in certain cases. See About Task Percent Complete, Actual Start and Actual Finish for more information.
Actual Finish—The
actual finish date of the task as determined by the date on which work
is done that causes the task to be marked as complete. Note: This may be set to Planned Finish in certain cases. See About Task Percent Complete, Actual Start and Actual Finish for more information.
Start—The
actual start date of the task. If the task has not started (there is no
actual start date), this is the planned start date.
Finish—The
actual finish date of the task. If the task has not finished (there is
no actual finish date), this is the planned finish date.
Task Count——The total
count of tasks in the report. This also provides subtotals for any groupings
of tasks you include in the report. This value can change as you add or
remove items that impact the number of tasks in the report. Note:Task Count counts the unique GUID values for tasks. This
means that if you have 2 tasks with identical names, Task Count will be
2 even though your report shows a single task name.
Duration Hours—The
duration of the task in hours.
Total Planned Work Hours—The
planned work for the task in hours.
Actual Work Hours—The
actual approved work added in work entries for the task, in hours. For enterprises using Timesheets, the timesheet must be submitted (and approved if applicable) before work becomes actual work.
Actual Cost—The
actual cost of the task (actual work X hourly rate(s) of assignee(s)).
Variance Work Hours—The
difference between Total Planned Work Hours and Actual Work Hours.
ETC Hours—The
estimated time to complete the task in hours.
Is Billable—Whether
or not the task is billable. Options are Yes
and No.
Note: IDs are included in the data model so you can join to other queries. Also, grouping on an ID can help separate different items with identical names.
