Organization—The
organization of the project member.
Resource Type Name—The
project member's resource type (if applicable).
Resource Type Description—The
description of the project member's resource type.
Role Name—The
project role for the project member (for example, Project Member or Project
Guest). Each project member has one project role for each project they
are a member of. (Those roles do not have to be the same from project
to project.)
Role Description—The
description of the project role.
Email—The
project member's email address.
Phone—The
project member's phone number.
Fax—The
project member's fax number.
Cell—The
project member's cell phone number.
Pager—The
project member's pager number.
NTAccount—The
project member's NT account information.
Timesheets Required—Whether
or not the project member is required to use timesheets. Options are Yes or No.
Note: This value is set at the
enterprise user level, not the project member level.
Report Author License—Whether
or not the user is licensed as a PPM report author. Options are Query Studio Author,
Report Studio Author and None.

enterprise user level, not the project member level.
Member Status—The
project member's status in the project. Options are Active
and Inactive.
Project Member Count—The
total count of project members in the report. This also provides subtotals
for any groupings you include in the report. This value can change as
you add or remove items that impact the number of members in the report.
Note: Project Member Count counts the unique GUID values for
project members. This means that if you have 2 project members with identical
names, Project Member Count will be 2 even though your report shows a
single project member name.
Member Internal Billing Rate—The project
member's internal billing rate.
Member Internal Billing Rate Inherited From—Where the
internal billing rate comes from (for example, the Resource Type internal
billing rate). For more details on billing rates and rate inheritance,
see About Billing Rates.
Is Manual Internal Billing Rate—Whether or
not the internal billing rate is a manually entered rate. Options are
Yes or No.
Member External Billing Rate—The project
member's external billing rate.
Member External Billing Rate Inherited From—Where the
external billing rate comes from (for example, the Resource Type external
billing rate). For more details on billing rates and rate inheritance,
see About Billing Rates.
Is Manual External Billing Rate—Whether or
not the external billing rate is a manually entered rate. Options are
Yes or No.
Calendar Name—The
name of the enterprise workweek calendar the project member is assigned
to. Note: This is assigned at the enterprise user level. Each enterprise
user can be assigned to a single workweek calendar.
Work Schedule Monday—The
number of work hours the calendar shows on Monday.
Work Schedule Tuesday—The
number of work hours the calendar shows on Tuesday.
Work Schedule Wednesday—The
number of work hours the calendar shows on Wednesday.
Work Schedule Thursday—The
number of work hours the calendar shows on Thursday.
Work Schedule Friday—The
number of work hours the calendar shows on Friday.
Work Schedule Saturday—The
number of work hours the calendar shows on Saturday.
Work Schedule Sunday—The
number of work hours the calendar shows on Sunday.
Note: This
includes both global and personal nonworking time. Project members can
be assigned to more than one nonworking time event, and each nonworking
time event can have multiple users assigned to it.
Nonworking Time Name—The
name of the nonworking time item.
Nonworking Time Start Day—The
start date and time of the nonworking time.
Nonworking Time End Day—The
end date and time of the nonworking time.
Nonworking Time Duration—The
duration of the nonworking time.
Nonworking Time Type—The
type of nonworking time. Options are Global
or Personal.
Nonworking Time Created By—The
name of the user who created the nonworking time.
Nonworking Time Created On—The
date the nonworking time was created.
Date group query items are useful for reporting trends over
time. If you include a date group item and pivot your report on that item,
you can see how something is trending over time.
User Calendar Day—The
date of the nonworking time.
User Calendar Week—The
start date of the week in which the nonworking time occurs.
User Calendar Month—The
month and year in which the nonworking time occurs.
User Calendar Quarter—The
year and quarter in which the nonworking time occurs.
User Calendar Year—The
year in which the nonworking time occurs.
Nonworking Time Hours—The
duration of the nonworking time, in hours.
Note: IDs are included in the data model so you can join to other queries. Also, grouping on an ID can help separate different items with identical names.
