Important: The data model is designed so that you should rarely need to use data from more than one logical (top-level) folder in any given report. If you do need to combine data from more than one logical grouping, create a Join relationship in Report Studio. For more information, see the Report Studio training and User guide.

Applications
Discussions
Main Topic—The
text name of the discussion. This identifies the discussion in the Discussions
application where discussions are listed by name (topic).
Discussion Count—A
count of the discussions that are listed in the report. This value can
change as a report is modified. For example, if you add a filter to only
include discussions that are closed, fewer discussions are included in
your report and the discussion count drops accordingly. Message—The
text of the discussion message. Discussion Owner—The
creator of the discussion. Closed—Indicates
whether or not the discussion is closed. Options are Yes
and No. The default is No. Discussion Folder Name—The
name of the folder in which the discussion is located. Last Reply By—The
name of the user who made the last reply to the discussion. Last Reply On—The
date on which the last reply was made. Created On—The
date on which the discussion was created. Replies Reply Topic—The
topic of the reply. Discussion Type—The
type of discussion reply. Options are FYI,
Question, Answer,
and Discussion Item. Reply By—The
name of the user who made the reply. Reply Created On—The
date on which the reply was made. Reply Message—The
reply message. Reply Count—A
count of the replies that are listed in the current report. This value
can change as a report is modified so that more or fewer replies are included. Reply Parent—The
parent discussion for the reply.
IDs Note: IDs are included in the data model so you can group on an ID if you have multiple items with the same name. Grouping on the ID can help separate different items with identical names.

Last Post On (UTC)—The
date of the last discussion post. Created On (UTC)—The
date the discussion was created. Reply Created On (UTC)—The
date the discussion reply was created.
News
Headline—The headline or title of the
news item. Content—The text of the news item. Headline Count—A count of the news items
included in the report. This value changes as you add/remove news items
from your report. Author—The name of the user who created
the news item. Is Restricted—Whether or not the news
item is restricted for viewing. Priority—The priority of the news item.
Options are Low, Medium
and High. Created On—The date the news item was
created. IDs Note: IDs do not display in reports. They are included in the data model so you can group on an ID if you have multiple items with the same name. Grouping on the ID can help separate different items with identical names.

Issues
Issue Name—The
title of the issue. Description—The
text description of the issue. Start Date—The
issue start date. Deadline—The
issue deadline. Issue Current Status—The
current status of the issue. Priority—The
priority of the issue. Options are High,
Medium and Low. Issue Count—The
count of issues included in the report. This value only counts issues
in the report, so it changes as you add/remove items that impact how many
issues are included in the report. Budget Impact—The
budget impact of the issue. Issue Percent Complete—The
percent complete of the issue. Issue Folder Name—The
name of the folder in which the issue is stored. Assigned To Name—The
name of the person to whom the issue is assigned. Is Restricted—Whether
or not view of the issue is restricted. Issue Created By—The
name of the user who created the issue. Issue Created On—The
date the issue was created. Last Update Date—The
date the last update was made to the issue. Update History Update By—The
name of the user who updated the issue. Update Notes—Notes
added during the update. Status at Update—The
issue status at the time of the update. Percent Complete—The
issue percent complete at the time of the update. Entry On—The

Appointments
Appointment Name—The
title or name of the appointment. Start Date Time—The
start date and start time of the appointment. End Date Time—The
end date and end time of the appointment. Location—The
location of the appointment. Description—The
detailed description of the appointment. Recurrence Type—The
recurrence type (if applicable). Options are Daily,
Weekly, Monthly
or Yearly. Agenda—The
appointment agenda. Appointment Count—The
count of appointments. This value changes as you add/remove items to your
report and the number of appointments in the report changes. The Appointment
Count is most useful when used in the context of another item. For example,
the count of appointments with a recurrence type of Daily. Attendee Name—The
name of the appointment attendee. Most appointments have multiple attendees. Response Status—The
status of the attendee's response. Options are Not
Responded, Accepted, Declined, Cannot
Decline (if no acceptance request is included). Is Recurring—Whether
or not the appointment is a recurring appointment. Options are Yes
and No. All Day—Whether
or not the appointment is an all-day appointment. Options are Yes
and No. Request Acceptance—Whether
or not an acceptance response was requested. Options are Yes and No. Is Restricted—Whether
or not an appointment has restricted viewing. Created On—When

Poll Information
Polls Poll Question—The
question being asked in the poll. Poll Description—The
name of the poll. Poll Start Date—The
date the poll starts. Poll Close Date—The
date the poll closes. Option Description—The
description of a poll option. Most polls have two or more options. Poll Option Created On—The
date a poll option was created. Most poll options are created when the
poll is created. Poll Count—The
count of polls in the report. This value changes as you add/remove items
that impact the number of polls included in the report. Poll Count is
most useful when included in the context of another item. For example,
the count of polls in each project. # Votes—The
number of votes cast in a poll. Vote Created On—The
date a poll vote was created. Poll Author—The
author (creator) of the poll. Poll Closed Manually—Whether
or not the poll was closed manually. Options are No
(the default) and Yes. Created On—The

Poll Created On (UTC)—The
date the poll was created. Option Created On (UTC)—The
date the poll option was created. Vote Created On (UTC)—The
date the vote was created (cast). Start Date (UTC)—The
date the poll began. Close Date (UTC)—The
date the poll ends (closes).
Poll Members Member Name—The
name ( First + Last) of the project member. Has Voted—Indicates
whether or not the project member has voted. Options are No
(the default) and Yes. Vote Created On—The
date the member cast a vote in the poll. Can Vote—Indicates
whether or not the project member is allowed to vote. Options are Yes (the default) and No. Can View Results—Indicates
whether or not the project member is allowed to view the poll results.
Options are No (the default) and

whether or not the project member is allowed to view the votes cast by
other members. Options are No
(the default) and Yes. Comment—Any

Vote Created On (UTC)—The
date the vote was created (cast).
Percent Vote Complete—The
percentage of eligible poll members who have voted in the poll.
Document Information
Documents Document Title—The
file name of the document. Extension—The
extension type of the document. For example, EXE or TXT. Document Description—The
text description of the document. Version—The
PPM version of the document. Document Folder Name—The
folder in which the document is stored. Document Count—A
count of the number of documents in the current report. This number changes
dynamically as you add or remove query items. Size—The
size of the document in bytes. Document Status—The
status of the document. Options are Draft
(the default) and Final. Last Modified On—The
date the document was last modified. Expiration Date—The
date on which the document expires (if applicable). Mime Type—The
mime type of the document. Is Locked—Whether
or not the document is locked. If a document is locked only the creator
has access to it. Options are No
(the default) and Yes. Last Event—The
last event related to the document. For example, Document
Added (when the document is first added to PPM), Document
Item Edit (when an edit is made to some aspect of the document
in PPM such as updating the document description), and Approval
Submitted (when a document is submitted for approval). Last Uploaded By—The
PPM user who last uploaded the document. Last Uploaded Date—The
date the document was last uploaded. Last Access Date—The
date the document was last accessed within PPM. Is Restricted—Whether
or not the document is restricted. Options are No
(the default) and Yes. Approval Status—The
approval status of the document. Options are Pending,
Approved, Rejected,
Not Required, and Overridden. Owner—The
owner of the document. Created On—The
date the document was created. History Update Comments—Comments made during the history update. Comment Posted By—The name of the user who posted the comment. Comment Posted On—The
date the comment was created. Check in/out Information Checked Out By—The
name of the user who checked out the document (if applicable). Checked Out On—The
date the document was checked out. Expected Return Date—The
expected date the document will be checked in. Check In Comments—Any
comments added when the document was checked in. Check Out Comments—Any
comments added when the document was checked out.

Document HistoryNote: The Document History query subject gives you historical information about a document. As a result, your report may include multiple entries for a document if it has changed. For example, a particular document may have multiple occurrences of the Modified On field. The first occurrence of that date is the date the document was added to PPM. Any additional occurrences of Modified On dates represent changes to the document.
