Presentation Data Model: Project Information |
The Project Information folder of the Data Presentation Model gives you the data you're most likely going to need in order to create reports on projects in your enterprise.
Important: The data model is designed so that you should rarely need to use data from more than one logical (top-level) folder in any given report. If you do need to combine data from more than one logical grouping, create a Join relationship in Report Studio. For more information, see the Report Studio training and User guide.
For an example of a report created in Query Studio using data in the Project Info group, see Project Status Report.
The Project Request query subject contains information about
project requests.
Note: Only project requests are included. Project requests are projects with a state of Request. Once a project request state changes the project state never returns to Request, even if the project is resubmitted for approval.
Note: The Project Member query subject is intended to be used in conjunction with data from other query subjects in the Project Information group. For example, a list of project members without the associated projects is of limited use.
