Viewing Discussions

Discussions are a convenient way for team members to read and participate in online conversations about project issues and questions.

For most team members, the global Discussions application is the most direct place to read and respond to discussions.

Project managers and other team members with administrative permissions may find it more convenient to use the Discussions View within the project application for creating and managing discussions.

To view a discussion:

Navigate to the discussion.
You can do this from either the Discussions application or the Discussions View within the Projects application for a specific project.
Click the name of a discussion to open the Discussions Details window for the discussion.

In the Discussion Details window, you can read the discussion topic and any responses that have been posted by team members.
