Viewing Poll Results

If you create a poll or are given specific permissions to view poll results, you can view the results in the Poll Details screen.

The Voting Results Details screen displays a list of possible voting options, and the number of votes that were cast for each option. Total votes for each option are also expressed as a percentage of the total number of votes cast, and as a percentage of the number of people who were invited to vote in the Poll. The Vote History screen lists team members who have voted in the poll, the voting options they selected and any comments they may have added

Note: The Poll Details screen lists the current results of the selected poll. Final results are only displayed when the poll is closed. Closed polls are listed as True in the Closed column. For more information, see Closing a Poll.

TO VIEW THE RESULTS OF A POLL:

1. Open the Polls application.
   Note: You can also view results from the Project-level application.
2. Click the title of the poll.
   The Poll Details screen opens in a new window.
3. Click the Voting Results Details tab.
   The results of the poll are displayed.
4. To view how members voted and their related comments, click the Voting History tab.
5. Click Close when you are finished viewing the results.
