Voting on a Poll

Polls are surveys that are sent to team members in the form of a question and a number of possible responses. Each team member can view the poll and record their votes.

If you have been invited to vote in a poll, you may receive a notification via email, or a poll item in the Notifications application. Poll items in the Notifications application contain a link directly to the poll. You can see all the polls in which you are able to vote, listed in the Polls application.

TO VOTE ON A POLL:

Open the Notifications application.
Under the Subject heading, click the name of the poll to vote on.
The Poll Details window displays with voting options.
Select the answer that best represents your vote. If multiple votes are allowed, you can select more than one answer.
In the Options Comments text box, next to the selected option(s), type any comments regarding your vote.
Click Save.
