Custom Field Wizard - Aggregate Data Sources

In this step of the Custom Fields wizard, select the
data sources for your aggregate field.
To select the aggregate field data sources:
- Choose the data sources
based on the option you selected in Step 4 of the wizard:
- If you chose Select by Workspace:
- In the Available Workspaces list, click the name
of the workspace you want to use as a data source, then click Add.
The Workspace is moved to the Selected
Workspaces list.
- To select
multiple workspaces, hold the Ctrl
key and click on the workspace names in the Available
Workspaces list.
- If you chose Select Workspaces by Workspace Type:
- In the Available Workspace Types list, click
the name of the workspace type you want to use as a data source, then click
Add. The workspace type is moved
to the Selected Workspace Types
list. Note: The Selected Workspace Types list is pre-populated by the
workspace types you chose in Step 1 of the wizard.
- To select
multiple workspace types, hold the Ctrl
key while clicking the workspace type names in the Available
Workspace Types list.
- If you chose Select Applications:
- In the Available Applications list, click the
name of the application you want to use as a data source, then click Add. The application is moved to the
Selected Applications list.
- To select
multiple applications, hold the Ctrl
key while clicking the applications.
- Click Next

Note: You may not
go through every step. The steps you see depend on what kind of custom
field you are creating. The aggregate field type is only available in custom workspace fields.
