Custom Field Wizard - Select Aggregate Data Fields

In this step of the Custom Fields wizard, select the
data fields your aggregate field will use. The fields available to you are determined by the data type you selected for the aggregate field (Aggregate or Calculation Field Options).
To select the aggregate data fields:
- Select the fields based
on the options you chose in Step 4 and Step 5 of the wizard:
- If you chose Select by Workspace in Step 4, the workspaces
you selected in Step 5 are listed, along with any fields whose data you
can include in your aggregate field.
- If you chose Select Workspaces by Workspace Type in Step
4, the workspace types you selected in Step 5 are listed, along with any
fields whose data you can include in your aggregate field.
- If you chose Select Applications in Step 4, the applications
you selected in Step 5 are listed, along with any fields whose data you
can include in your aggregate field.
- Click Save
& Finish to save the new aggregate custom field, or Previous
Step to return to the previous step of the wizard.

Note: You may not
go through every step. The steps you see depend on what kind of custom
field you are creating. The aggregate field type is only available in custom workspace fields.
