Removing Enterprise Workgroups from a Workspace (admin)

When an administrator removes an enterprise workgroup from a workspace, they have the option to remove all workgroup members or to convert the workgroup members to workspace members. If you choose to convert the workgroup members, they remain in the workspace but there is no longer any link between the enterprise workgroup and the workspace membership.

TO REMOVE an enterprise WORKGROUP FROM A workspace:

  1. On the Administration Home page, under Workspaces, click Workspace List.
    The workspace List View screen displays.
  2. Click the name of the workspace from which you want to remove the workgroup.
    The Profile screen displays.
  3. Click Members.
    The Members List screen displays.
  4. Click Workgroup View.
  5. Select the enterprise workgroup you want to remove.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Select whether to convert workgroup members to workspace members or to remove all workgroup members from the workspace.

Note If you choose to remove workgroup members from the workspace, any items assigned to the workgroup, such as tasks or issues, become unassigned. If you convert workgroup members to workspace members, assignments remain intact.

  1. Click Save.
