Deleting a Request Type

If necessary, an administrator can delete an existing request type. Deleting a request type will not impact existing workspaces or requests of the type.

To delete a request type:

1. On the Administration Home page, under Workspace Types, click Request Types List.
   The Request Types screen displays.
2. Click the Action icon next to the name of the request type you want to delete, then click Delete Request Type.
3. A confirmation message displays. Click Yes to delete the request type.
