This enterprise role permission gives you the ability to run reports on all workspaces, including workspaces you are not a member of. Without this permission, you can only run reports on workspaces to which you belong.
By default this permission is given to users with an enterprise role of Administrator, Executive, Resource Manager or Project Manager.
