Valid Dynamic Application Name Fields

Not all field types can be used as the name field for a dynamic application.

To qualify as a possible name field, the field must meet these requirements:

Be required or be a system-defined Create Date, Creator or Item Number field
and
Be a list (column) header
and
Not be a hyperlink field
