View Billing Rates Permission

This is controlled by the Workspace-level permission, View Billing Rates. You will find it in the Workspace section of the Workspace Roles permissions settings: Admin. Zone>User Settings>Roles and Permissions>Workspace Roles. You can either edit each Workspace Role individually or remove the View Billing Rate permission for all Workspace Roles if you do not want it exposed to any users.

If you decide to remove the View Billing Rates permission from Workspace Roles, please remember this will need to be done for each Workspace Type. To accomplish this, go through each Workspace Type and remove the View Billing Rates permission for each of the roles found within that Workspace Type then move to the next Workspace Type after saving your changes. To change to a different Workspace Type use the View By drop down menu found at the top left of the Workspace Roles page.

Note: While this process hides the billing rates, if a project member is given the permission to Manage Project Resources, they can still see the billing rates of other users on the Resource Plan screen.
