Administrators and other users with administrative permissions can reactivate archived workspaces from the Administrative Zone.

When you reactivate an archived workspace, any child workspaces that were archived as a result of archiving the parent are also restored. Any child workspaces archived prior to the archiving of the parent are not reactivated when the parent is reactivated. For details on the impact of archiving a workspace, see Impact of Archiving a Workspace (opens in a popup).

To Reactivate AN ARCHIVED Workspace:

  1. On the Administration Home page, under Workspaces, click Workspace List.
    A list of workspaces displays.
  2. Select Archived Workspaces from the drop-down list and click Go.
A list of the archived workspaces in your enterprise displays.
  3. Click the name of the workspace you want to reactivate.
    The workspace Profile screen displays.
  4. Click Edit Workspace.
    The Edit Workspace screen displays.
  5. Select Active from the Status list.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Select the workspace that is the parent of the workspace you are reactivating, then click Save.
    The workspace is reactivated.
