Add all current users from the selected Workgroup(s)—This option adds all the current users in the selected workgroup to your workspace as individuals.
You have the option to set roles and additional permissions by user. In your workspace the link between member and workgroup is cut, and any subsequent changes to the original workgroup by the administrator are not reflected in the workspace.
