Task/Item List - Adding Columns

Right-click on a column name to open the Column selector.

The Column selector lists all the available fields you can display as columns. These include native and custom fields (excluding cross-reference fields and multi-select pick lists). Fields are listed in alphabetical order. Custom fields are off by default.

Display a column—Columns that are hidden have no check mark. Click the name of a column without a check mark to add it to the display. The column is added to the right of the column you clicked on.
