Items Moved to the Recycle Bin

The following items are moved to the Recycle Bin when you delete them. You can restore them from the Recycle Bin or permanently delete them from there.

Note: Items in the PPM Recycle Bin are eventually deleted permanently. An enterprise-level setting determines the length of time after recycling an item that it is automatically permanently deleted from PPM.

Approvals (Deleting an approval deletes the item submitted for approval. That item may or may not be sent to the Recycle Bin, depending on its application type.)
