Access a global application by clicking on the tab for the application.
The tabs you see are a subset of all the possible global
tabs. Your PPM administrator configures these tabs for you, making
those you are most likely to need the easiest to access and hiding or
permanently removing those applications you cannot use or will not need
to use often.
Note: If you do not see the tab for a particular application, the
application may be hidden. Click the More tab to see a list of applications
you have permission to access but which are not displayed.
If an application is not visible or listed under the More tab, the application may not be available to you. If the More
tab itself is not visible, all available application tabs are displayed.
For details about the global tabs, see Using
Global Tabs.
The initial application view you see when you click a tab is defined by your PPM administrator. Some application views can be customized and, if you have adequate permissions, you can create new views, edit existing views, and delete any custom views you have created. For more information, see Customizing Application Views.
