Query Studio

By default, a column heading uses the name of the underlying item in the data source. You can change the heading to make it more meaningful. For example, you can rename a report item named ISO_3_Letter_Code to Country.

Changing the heading name in the report does not change the name of the corresponding report item in the data source.

To Change a Report Item Name:

1. Open the Reports application.
   A list of reports in the Public Folder displays.
   
2. For the report you want to edit, click the Actions icon and Open in Query Studio.
3. Double-click the heading of the report item that you want to rename.
4. In the Name box, type a new name.
5. Click OK.
