To stop a scheduled report from running, disable the schedule. When you disable a report schedule, no output is emailed to users.

To Disable a Scheduled Report:

1. Open the Reports application.
2. From the list of reports click the Actions icon next to the report whose schedule you want to disable, then click Report Schedule.
   The Schedule window opens.
3. In the Schedule Status section, select Disable from the This schedule is list.
4. Click Save.
