Report Studio

Save your report to preserve the modifications you made.

Reports are saved to the Cognos server. You can also save your report on your computer.

To save A Report in Report Studio:

1. From the File menu, click Save or click Save As to save a copy of the report with a different name.
2. If you are saving the report for the first time, specify where to save the report and type a file name.
3. Click Save.
